Welcome to CannAI! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our platform, including our website and mobile application. By accessing or using CannAI, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our platform.

CannAI offers various tools and services, including:

• Grow app for plant monitoring
• Sensors for tracking environmental data
• Strain database
• Community features similar to Twitter
• VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) calculator
• Nutrient calculator
• AI-driven plant analysis through submitted pictures

The platform is available via subscription, and all users must be at least 18 years old to access and use CannAI due to cannabis-related content.

To access CannAI, you are required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and updated information, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture
• Payment details (if subscribing)
• Address (if subscribing)

We offer third-party login options via Google, Facebook, and Twitter. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities under your account.

If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by following the account deletion process outlined in the app or website.

By using CannAI, you consent to the collection and use of the following data:

• Location data
• Sensor data
• User activities
• Pictures submitted to the community or for AI training purposes

We have a Privacy Policy in place that governs how your data is collected, used, and shared. We may share data with third-party services for metrics, analytics, and advertising purposes.

As a user of CannAI, you agree to the following:

• You will not engage in illegal activities or tamper with any sensors.
• You will not post content that is unrelated to cannabis or violates any of our policies.
• You agree to follow all community guidelines, including prohibitions against hate speech, racism, harassment, and inappropriate behavior.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in account suspension or termination.

CannAI owns all rights to the content, data, and software used on the platform. By using the platform, you do not gain ownership of any content or tools provided. You may upload and share content within the community, but CannAI retains the right to use that content for AI training or other purposes.

In the future, we may offer licenses for tools or software, particularly in relation to sensors.

CannAI operates on a subscription model with monthly payments processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

Refunds and cancellations are handled through Stripe in accordance with their policies. You are responsible for managing your subscription and payment methods.

CannAI provides tools and services on an 'as is' basis and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of the services provided. Specifically:

• CannAI is not responsible for failed plant growth, sensor malfunctions, or inaccuracies in the AI analysis.
• All features are in training and testing phases, and results may not always be accurate.

Under no circumstances will CannAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

CannAI is a company based in Germany, and all legal matters related to the platform will be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany.

CannAI may integrate with third-party services, such as shipping or sensor manufacturers, in the future. Until these integrations are live, we follow a standard approach in handling such services. Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any third-party services we may partner with.

Users are allowed to post content and comments within the CannAI community. However, the following guidelines apply:

• No hate speech, racism, harassment, or inappropriate content.
• Content must be related to cannabis and conform to the platform's guidelines.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
